HOW TO ENTER/ WINNER SELECTION: Consumers will be encouraged via social media, email, our Spinx App and in-store signage to participate in the ‘Xtras Day’ promotions/giveaways.  Each participating Xtras-related purchase on 2/29/2024 from a registered user is equal to 1 entry for all of the Xtras Day giveaways. A participating purchase is identified as a registered Xtras user (via the Spinx app or a registered Xtras card) for entry. Transactions without the Spinx app or a registered Xtras card will not be considered. 2.) To enter by mail, customers may hand print their full name, complete street address, phone number and date of birth on a piece of 3” x 5” paper. Completed entry forms may be mailed to Attn: Xtras Day Giveaways – Entry, The Spinx Company, 1414 E.  Washington St., Greenville, SC, 29607. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. One entry per household. No responsibility is assumed by Spinx for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 2/26/24. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing for each giveaway from among all eligible qualifying entries (totaling 3 grand prize winners). A potential winner for each giveaway will be notified by phone and/or email at the email address/phone number provided in the Spinx Xtras Rewards system. Winners have 72 hours to contact Spinx by phone or email to claim their prize. If Spinx does not have proof of contact before the end of the 72-hour window, the prize will be forfeited and another drawing for a winner will occur until the prize is officially claimed. Participants and winner must be at least 18-years old and a legal resident of the United States as determined by Spinx. Employees of Spinx, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living in the same household of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. Winner must be 18 years old on or before February 29, 2024 to be eligible.
